Compatibility is where rentals go wrong, so we check it first. Most of our stock is region-agnostic, but imported bodies and lights expect 220V at 60Hz mains. Our rental desk supplies step transformers and the right adapters for any gear that arrives on an ATA Carnet. Camera mounts, lens ports, media cards, and recorder formats get matched to your package before dispatch. We confirm firmware versions across bodies and monitors so multi-camera days stay frame-synced and trouble-free.

Every package ships with backup. Each camera body travels with a spare, every wireless link with a second pair, and key lighting fixtures with replacement units on the truck. Delivery windows are planned around your call sheet, with advance positioning when a location prep slot allows the truck in early.

Pricing is quoted in Korean Won with 10% VAT shown clearly on every line. Daily, weekly, and run-of-show rates reward longer bookings, and we structure packages so you only pay for the gear that earns its place on the truck. Production insurance is required and can be arranged through us or your own broker. For qualifying foreign productions, we format rental records to support KOFIC incentive and cash rebate claims, keeping your spend documented from prep through wrap.
