But shoots in the rural reaches of Gangwon Province, the coastal landscapes near Busan, or the volcanic terrain of Jeju Island often need their own power. Our power kit rental covers power packs, distribution systems, and portable battery units for any size of shoot. Our team then advises on the right setup for each shoot's load and access needs.

Our power pack inventory runs from compact, sound-attenuated units for quiet location shoots to larger three-phase systems for high-draw lighting and grip setups. Complete systems include all the cabling, distribution boxes, and safety fusing needed to bring power reliably to each team on set. Silent options use battery-based distribution gear. They are ready for shoots in noise-sensitive places such as interior museum locations in Seoul or hanok courtyards in Bukchon. For shoots that run round the clock, our 24-hour support line diagnoses and fixes power issues without delaying the next shooting day.

This sub-hub draws together our two power tracks. Power distribution systems route current safely from a source to every department through distro boxes, feeders, and load-balanced panels. Power solutions cover the source itself, from portable generators to V-mount and block-battery rigs and hybrid setups. Most shoots use both. Our rental desk specs the pairing as one package, so the gaffer's load plan and the distribution layout line up before the truck leaves Seoul.

Korea runs 220V at 60Hz, which shapes every power package we build. Domestic gear plugs straight in, but imported lighting and bodies arriving on an ATA Carnet often expect different voltages or plug standards. We supply step transformers, frequency-matched distribution, and the adapters that bridge Korean and global gear. Licensed Korean electricians size feeders, balance phases, and document tie-ins so the whole rig meets local electrical rules from first connection.

Backup is built into every booking. A faulted genset is swapped for a standby unit the same shooting day, and battery banks carry spares for multi-camera commercial days. Our technicians stay on call to manage fuel resupply, reroute cable around late location additions, and monitor loads through long nights. Pricing is quoted in Korean Won with 10% VAT itemised on every line. Daily, weekly, and run-of-show rates reward longer bookings, and fuel, cabling, and operator time are costed transparently up front. Production insurance is required and can be arranged through us or your own broker. For qualifying foreign productions, we format power-rental records to support KOFIC incentive and cash rebate claims, keeping electrical spend documented from prep through wrap.
