Pro lighting and grip services anchor any shoot across South Korea's many locations. They span the glass-and-steel interiors of Seoul's Gangnam corporate district, the old build styles of Gyeongju's heritage sites, and the open skies along the Gangwon coastline. Our gaffers and grip teams work out of Seoul and are ready to deploy nationwide, with well-kept gear and a deep grasp of the tech and logistics of filming in both urban and rural Korean settings. We serve shoots of every size, from single-camera commercial jobs to large multi-team drama series.

Our Gaffer and Lighting Team builds a full lighting plan in pre-production. They work closely with the director of photography to pin down the right fixtures and power needs for each location. LED Lighting Systems form the backbone of our kit for interior setups, from large SkyPanel arrays to compact portable units, while HMI and tungsten fixtures handle exterior fill and practicals on location in Busan, Incheon, or Daejeon. Grip Services cover camera support, rigging, and all on-set mechanical needs. Our Portable Power Options keep lighting live even at remote shoots with no access to mains power.

Each department is led by Korean specialists who have come up through the country's busy production scene. Our gaffers and best boys carry credits on Studio Dragon and JTBC drama and on CJ ENM features. Key grips and dolly grips handle camera movement, rigging, and overhead work to the same standard. Many crew speak English as well as Korean, so they slot straight into global co-productions. We book them as a full unit or as single positions to fill gaps in your own crew.

Our kit spans the fixtures Korean DPs ask for by name. ARRI SkyPanel and Orbiter LEDs, Aputure COB units, and Astera Titan tubes cover modern soft and pixel work. HMI daylight units and classic tungsten handle harder throws and practicals. The grip side runs C-stands, flags, diffusion, dolly track, and truss for overhead grids. Portable power packs from 10kW to 200kW-plus keep it all live on the 220V/60Hz Korean mains or off-grid on remote sites.

Korea's four seasons shape how we plan a rig. Summer humidity and rain near the Han River call for sealed gear and weather cover. Winter cold on Gangwon Province and Seoraksan sets drains batteries, so we pack spares and warmers. Jeju Island wind and East Sea salt air change how we site stands and secure overhead loads. We scout each location for power capacity and rigging points, then match the package to the day's weather and terrain.

Safety and handoff run through every booking. Our crews follow KOSHA on-set rules for rigging loads, cable routes, and overhead mounts, and we keep permits in order for heritage and public sites. Distribution maps, load readings, and lighting plots are logged through the shoot. At wrap, we hand the production a clean record of fixtures, power draw, and rigging so the next day stays consistent.
