SCENE 01 / WIRELESS SYSTEMS

Wireless Systems

Complete wireless infrastructure for your Korean production.

Scroll

Wireless communication and audio systems keep production teams connected and audio flowing without cables. They cover wireless intercoms, IFB feeds, audio hops, and communication networks, and these are vital when you run large crews across big sets and far-flung locations.

We supply wireless packages built around your production's own communication and audio needs. Our team plans the frequencies and tests every unit so the gear runs free of interference, which keeps crew talk seamless and audio reliable across your shoot.

RF Survey

We scan your locations to read the RF environment and find clean frequencies.

2

System Design

We design one wireless setup that covers your audio, video, and control needs.

3

Frequency Coordination

We assign and log frequencies so every system runs without interference.

4

Production Support

We track the RF and support your crew through every shoot day.

On Location

Coordinated wireless infrastructure for Korean productions

Wireless setups on a film or television set in South Korea reach far beyond microphones. They draw intercom, IFB and IEM feeds, audio hops, wireless video links, and lens control onto a single RF plan. Our team handles that plan from start to finish, beginning with an RF survey of every location on the schedule, whether the production runs through Seongsu's industrial blocks, the palaces of central Seoul, or a remote stretch of Seoraksan.

The survey finds clean range that sits well inside the bands managed by KCC and MSIT. Our inventory holds Teradek Bolt and Vaxis Storm wireless video, along with Preston FIZ, ARRI WCU-4 and Tilta Nucleus follow-focus units. A deep bench of production intercom and IFB gear lets each team fold into one clean allocation.

Once the survey is done, the team assigns frequencies team by team and logs them for the sound mixer, AD and DIT. We program the gear in advance so the first slate of the day goes off with no RF clash. The 470 to 698 MHz band carries most Korean wireless audio, and it sits beside cellular carriers and broadcast pilots in dense areas such as Gangnam and Yeouido.

We give sign-up advice for any high-power system that needs formal clearance. RF coverage is tracked across the shoot day, and antenna placement shifts as the production moves between interiors, exteriors, and large sets at Namyangju or Paju. This lets dozens of channels run at once with no trouble across multi-camera and multi-team shoots.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What wireless systems do you coordinate?

We set up every production wireless system, from microphones, IFB/IEM, and wireless video to lens control, intercom, and any other RF gear. Full planning keeps each system working together without interference.

How do you handle frequency allocation?

We scan your locations, find clean frequencies inside the Korean legal range, and assign channels to every department. Our team shares the frequency records and helps each department program its gear.

What about wireless video systems?

We supply Teradek Bolt, Vaxis Storm, and other wireless video systems to feed the video village. They send a zero-latency signal so directors and clients can monitor the shot without cables.

Do you provide wireless lens control?

Yes. We supply wireless follow focus systems such as Preston FIZ, ARRI WCU-4, and Tilta Nucleus, and we align the lens control frequencies with your other wireless gear.

What about Korean RF regulations?

We know the Korean frequency rules well and keep all wireless gear inside the legal range. Our team can also advise on the sign-up needs for high-power systems.

Can you support large-scale productions?

Yes. We often run shoots with dozens of wireless channels spread across many departments, and these complex shoots gain the most from full RF planning.

Productions in South Korea that need this often pair it with Wireless Microphone Systems, Location Sound Packages, and Boom Microphones for full coverage. Most projects also draw on Communication Systems and Wireless Audio Systems.
