Here is the short of it. They work fluently with the Korean extras pipeline that feeds the country's busy shoot schedules. They know how to scale a holding ops from twenty extras on a Hongdae street scene to several hundred on a period crowd day at Busan Cinema Studios.

Here is the breakdown. Beyond background, our 3rd ADs handle on-set lock-ups, talent escorts between basecamp and set, traffic control planning with Korean police liaison officers on public-road shoots in Seoul and Busan, and radio communication with the wider AD teams. They have credits across features, K-drama series and large-format commercial campaigns.

Here is what we have to work with. They bring two-language skill that lets them bridge English-speaking 1st and 2nd ADs with Korean-speaking extras, vendors and local crew. We match 3rd ADs to projects based on the scale of the background work, the locations involved and the language profile of the AD team. We keep extra 3rd ADs on standby for peak crowd days when a single set PA pool cannot cover the live load efficiently.
