SCENE 01 / BROADCAST DELIVERY

Broadcast Delivery

Professional broadcast delivery ensuring perfect compliance with television network standards worldwide.

Scroll

Broadcast delivery gets finished content ready for TV by meeting the tech standards of each network. That means matching the right video codecs, audio channel setups, loudness levels, closed captioning, and quality control specs. These specs differ from network to network and region to region.

We handle broadcast delivery by pairing your project with mastering teams that know your target networks. Our crew manages format specs, quality control checks, and delivery logistics. As a result, your content passes tech sign-off and airs without a hitch.

Broadcast delivery for Korean and global networks

Broadcast delivery in South Korea rests on the ATSC 3.0 terrestrial framework used nationwide. It also follows the published tech specs of the four major free-to-air networks: KBS, MBC, SBS, and JTBC, plus the cable and satellite operators that distribute through them. Each network keeps its own ingest profile. That profile sets the accepted codecs, container formats, audio channel mapping, loudness targets, captioning workflow, and metadata schema. Our delivery team holds the current spec sheet for each one and builds masters to match. As a result, files clear tech sign-off on the first try, with no rejection notes that put air dates at risk.

Some global networks take Korean content under licence, whether North American cable, European public TV, or pan-Asian operators. For them we run dual-standard delivery. That covers both the home Korean master and the local global version. PAL, NTSC, and HD frame-rate changes use motion-compensated processing rather than simple frame doubling. Audio is remixed to R128 or OP-59 loudness based on where it is bound.

Closed-caption and subtitle files are recut to the container that each receiving network prefers. Automated QC runs then sit alongside manual review by our team. Each package ships with a written compliance report. That report logs video levels, audio loudness, safe-area checks, and full metadata, so the receiving network can sign off with no back-and-forth.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What broadcast standards do you support?

We support all major broadcast standards. That covers HD and UHD formats, PAL and NTSC frame rates, and the specs of networks worldwide. Our team also keeps pace with new needs like HDR standards and immersive audio formats.

How do you ensure first-pass QC acceptance?

Our team pairs automated QC systems with manual review. Together they check each tech parameter before delivery. These checks cover video levels, audio loudness, safe areas, metadata, and format compliance. Every delivery then ships with a detailed QC report.

Can you handle tight broadcast deadlines?

Yes, our team knows how tough broadcast schedules can be. Our facilities run longer hours when needed, and lean workflows give us fast turnaround without cutting quality. We work around your schedule to meet even the tightest air dates.

Do you support international broadcast delivery?

Yes, fully. We often deliver to networks across South Korea and Asia, North America, and other regions. Our team knows the local needs of each one. That includes loudness standards, captioning formats, and the rules that apply in different markets.

Productions in South Korea that need this often pair it with Archival & Preservation Services, Digital Cinema Package (DCP), and Format Conversion & Encoding Services for full coverage. Most projects also draw on Audio Restoration and Online Conform & QC Services.
