Frequently Asked Questions

What underwater lighting options do you offer?

We offer LED and HMI submersible lights rated for various depths. LED units provide efficient, cool-running illumination while HMI offers powerful daylight-balanced output for larger scenes.

How deep can you light underwater?

Our equipment is rated for various depths—many units to 100m or more. Depth requirements depend on the specific production needs, and we select appropriate equipment accordingly.

Do you provide dive-qualified lighting technicians?

Yes, our underwater lighting technicians are qualified divers who understand both lighting craft and diving safety. They can operate lights underwater while maintaining proper dive protocols.

What about color temperature underwater?

Water absorbs red light quickly with depth. We use daylight-balanced lights and can add filters to compensate. Color correction is easier with proper lighting than trying to fix in post.

Can you light large underwater areas?

Yes, we can deploy multiple units for large-scale underwater lighting setups. This requires careful planning for power, positioning, and safety but enables dramatic underwater scenes.

What Korean waters do you work in?

We work throughout South Korea—Jeju Island offers clear, warm tropical water; the East Sea and southern coasts provide diverse conditions; and we can also work in controlled environments like pools and tanks for specific requirements.
